Feeling guilty for using the trails and facilities and not giving anything back? Do you just love being in Capitol Forest so much you want to recreate
AND work there? WELL DIG IN!!

Capitol Forest could really use your help. Either hook up with a volunteer group listed below or strike out on your own.

DNR has very specific requirements in regards to volunteering and working on DNR land. The first step is to submit a
Work Party Request Form 2
weeks prior to your work date(s). Following the approval of your request you will need to submit either a
Group Registration Time Sheet, or an
Individual Registration Form
and an Individual Time Sheet.

Please contact
Nick Cronquist at DNR if you have any questions or to submit your forms.

Not only does you time spent volunteering result in a much needed labor contribution, but DNR also gets awarded grant money for every hour you
track and submit to them. This money goes directly back into Capitol Forest.

So please help and please document and submit your hours!!!!
