Trailhead Directions: Take exit 95 off I-5. Follow Littlerock Road for a few miles to the
Waddell Creek Road intersection, turn right. Continue to the next intersection with Sherman
Valley Rd, this is "The Y".
Route Descriptions: Follow the maps. Lots of washouts and route finding challenges. Must
be local or lucky..........or both.
Summary
Inner Limits
A super challenging ride. Probably the best sampling of the diverse trail system here you can get
in 45 miles. This ride is not for the timid, uncertain or weak. Definitely has a high "burl" factor.
Outer Limits
The most challenging Sick Puke to date. The most challenging single loop in Capitol Forest to
date. The completion of the OL is full circle for the SP, as this was the original route intended to
be completed in 2002 at the first SP. There is only one left to do now...........................
