| Poker Run #1, The Valley Of Death Pilgrimage Fall Creek parking area round trip on Mima Porter #8, Trail #20 and Green line #6. The traverse around Mima Porter #8 is through some very primitive forest and can be a bit of a "slog" (Valley Of Death). The scenery is beautiful and ancient. Remnants of old rail road grades and trestles can be seen along the route. The descent down Green Line #6 is fast and fun. Clay at it's finest. MTB, Equestrian, Hiking trails. Field Measured Distance: TBA Field Measured Elevation Gain/Loss: TBA Directions to start: Take Black Lake blvd exit off of hwy 101, turn left onto Black lake blvd. Take Black Lake blvd to Delphi rd, turn left. Take Delphi rd to Waddell creek rd, turn right. Stay on Waddell Creek rd (which will turn into Sherman Valley rd) until you reach gravel (C-Line Rd). Continue up on C-Line until you reach C-6000 road on your left. Follow C-6000 into the start area of Fall Creek parking area. Camping is available at Fall Creek campground. Super D #1, The Bliss Cruise Mima Porter #8 from Wedekind to Porter Creek. This is a classic Capitol Forest trail ride. A smooth, long traversing descent through old hemlock forests and fast winding descents down rough, recently opened clear cuts. About 2/3 of the way down you will pop out of the forest to see one a breathtaking NW facing view of Capitol Forest. Classic. MTB, Equestrian, Hiking trail. Field Measured Distance: TBA Field Measured Elevation Gain/Loss: TBA Directions to start: Take hwy 101 to hwy 8 west, take exit at Elma onto hwy 12 south. At the town of Porter turn left onto Porter Creek Rd, keep going straight as it turns to gravel and to B-Line road. Follow B-Line into start area. Camping is available at Porter Creek Campground. Super D #2, The Berm Basher Super D#2 Trail #30, Molly Porter #3 and Trail #40. This route from The Peak to Middle Waddell parking area is a ripping descent with a few climbs mixed in. Coming off the top it is rough and technical, then dropping into the best berms in the forest and continuing to wind down then up and over Mt Molly to Middle Waddell. MTB, Hiking, ATV trails. Field Measured Distance: TBA Field Measured Elevation Gain/Loss: TBA Directions to start: Take Black Lake blvd exit off of hwy 101, turn left onto Black lake blvd. Take Black Lake blvd to Delphi rd, turn left. Take Delphi rd to Waddell creek rd, turn right. Stay on Waddell Creek rd until you reach "the y" with Sherman Valley rd, turn left and continue straight into the Middle Waddell parking area. Camping is available at Middle Waddell campground. Super D #3, The Sooper Classik Green Line #6 from C-4000 to Fall Creek parking area. Point it down hill and go. One traverse in the middle but pretty much straight down. Tight, open, smooth technical this route has everything. Enjoy the improvements on lower #6 by FOCF. MTB, Equestrian, Hiking trail. Continue up C-Line until your reach C-6000 road on your left. Follow C-6000 into the start area of Fall Creek parking area. Camping is available at Fall Creek campground. Poker Run #2, Who Knows Jack? Mima Porter #8, Trail #50, Green Line #6 from Fall Creek parking area round trip. A nice winding and traversing climb up #8, a rolling traverse across #50 and a fun descent down #6. This route is short, fun and sweet. Enjoy the improvements on lower #6 by FOCF.
